Support for safer, healthier relationships

What is domestic abuse support?

We support parents who are experiencing domestic abuse and parents who are concerned about their own harmful, abusive or controlling behaviour. Each person receives different, separate support, with safety at the centre.

Why might I need domestic abuse support?

You may want support if someone is frightening, hurting, threatening or controlling you. You can also ask for help if you are worried about your own behaviour towards a current or former partner and want to make changes.

What do parents say?

Practical support. Help to understand risk, increase safety and connect with housing, police or specialist services

Behaviour change. Help to recognise harmful patterns, take responsibility and make positive changes.

Individuals and groups. Support provided in a one-to-one or group setting, depending on your needs and what feels safe and appropriate.
