MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

Support for your emotional wellbeing

What is mental health support?

Mental health support gives you a safe space to talk about how you are feeling with a trained practitioner. Together, you can explore difficult experiences, understand your emotions and find ways of coping that work for you.

What do parents say?

” I got so overwhelmed with all the meetings and was starting to get super anxious again but I’m starting to feel better now.”

Find the right support: Talk about what you are experiencing and the type of help that may suit your needs.

Work towards your goals: Access suitable therapeutic support, subject to an initial conversation and availability.

Build ways to cope: Develop practical ways to manage difficult feelings, experiences and situations.
